Steve is great. Our pilot light wouldn't stay lit and he came out on a Saturday to work on it. He replaced a cracked thermocouple but also figured out we weren't getting enough pressure and flagged down peoples gas that was working on another house nearby. The gas company figured out our line was frozen and our meter was broken. Steve stuck around until they scheduled our repairs.
