Living in this building has been a horrible experience. During a severe heat wave, my AC wasn’t working, and my apartment reached over 90 degrees. Despite multiple requests, management took over two weeks to fix it, by which time the heat wave was already over. Additionally, I was assaulted by one of the maintenance workers, and when I reported it to management, they were completely dismissive. Resident for almost a year & I love it. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner. Packages are always safe and secure at our 24 hr front desk service. Laundry rooms are operational and units are clean and spacious. The Mount Vernon neighborhood is walkable and easily accessible to both Baltimore Penn Station and lightrail directly to BWI airport.
I actually saw the apartment that I'm getting and I really like it can't wait to move in there
I lived in Gallery Tower for a year a thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Everyone who worked in the building were truly amazing and made living there very safe and comfortable. Huge shout out to Fantasia and Mylan especially.
Gallery Tower is a great place to live! Nice location, clean/safe building, and really friendly staff. Fantasia made the entire move-in process smooth and efficient, I am so grateful for her help. It has been a great experience living here!
