I have been working with Fantasia to get moved in next week and she has been extremely responsive and professional. I’m moving from over 8 hours away and have been nervous about the whole process and she’s been very thorough and eased my nerves. I’m excited for my new home!
I lived at Gallery Tower for a little over a year and while it wasn’t the worst apartment I’ve lived in I would struggle to recommend this to others. To start, the fire alarm randomly goes off at all hours to the point that most residents do not even leave due to the frequency of the false alarms. They’ve happened anywhere between 10pm - 3am along with randomly during the day. I have lived here for 7 years. The only issue I have is that Bar/Restaurant Unity that is on the first floor. I hate the rough crowd that goes in there. I've dealt with loud music and people. It's like we don't exist. I didn't come here for that atmosphere.
Living in this building has been a horrible experience. During a severe heat wave, my AC wasn’t working, and my apartment reached over 90 degrees. Despite multiple requests, management took over two weeks to fix it, by which time the heat wave was already over. Additionally, I was assaulted by one of the maintenance workers, and when I reported it to management, they were completely dismissive.
