Been living here for 2.5 years now and it has gone pretty downhill. We're on the third building manager in three years, to begin with. The recycling and trash is always a mess. Management and maintenance is hard to get ahold of. They're guilty of the stereotypical "slap on some paint and it's ready for a new occupant" issue. My neighbor recently had their apartment flood. UPDATE: In addition to the below, CSC appears to have lost my initial move-in inspection and tried to deduct from my deposit for minor cosmetic damage that was reported at move-in. When I pointed this out, they said they'd revise it and "get back to me" only for them to send me straight to collections 2 days later without any further contact. It took several hours of phone calls and emails to both CSC and their debt collections partner to get this resolved. There's really no such thing as a good property management company a... read more
Ive lived here for many years and its been great. The recent change in management has been awesome. Highly recommend gallery park!
I can’t to visit my friend for the past two months, June and July 2025. The walls and hallways are very clean, and my friend says the elevator too. They’re making some nice changes to the building.
Unless you’re absolutely desperate or this is your last resort, avoid this place. This apartment complex is horrible. Built in 1989, and trust me — it shows. Everything in the unit is extremely outdated. The appliances are old and worn out. The refrigerator is so tiny, it can barely fit anything in it.
