I can’t to visit my friend for the past two months, June and July 2025. The walls and hallways are very clean, and my friend says the elevator too. They’re making some nice changes to the building.
Unless you’re absolutely desperate or this is your last resort, avoid this place. This apartment complex is horrible. Built in 1989, and trust me — it shows. Everything in the unit is extremely outdated. The appliances are old and worn out. The refrigerator is so tiny, it can barely fit anything in it. I have seen a very good change in the management over the last year. The property is very nice with good residents. And an excellent restaurant on the ground floor. Heroes cafe. I have also seen the park blocks cleaned up nicely. Overall just a very nice place to live.
Earlier this year, CSC Management eliminated their on-site management roles and left a single employee responsible for their portfolio of 5 Portland area properties. This has made it nearly impossible to get a hold of them for maintenance or leasing issues. This is an absurd level of corporate greed. It took me 2 months to get an answer from their office about ordering some replacement hardware to fix my oven.
Does not deserve any star at all. Horrible service. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone or an actual person over the phone. been trying to reach out to the complex management for weeks & weeks, through email and phone. you will never reach anyone. the office phone is mailbox is always full. actually its been full since i could remember. no one checks or clean it out throughout the week or maybe months Ive mentioned this multiple times via email. you would think someone follows up or atleast return a call, NOTHING!!!! if... read more
