I only give a one star due to not being able to leave a 0 star. Did work for Laura Hallman on a property in Chesapeake. It was a small list of tasks, just a few hours. Once finished, work was photographed, sent to her with a details of work finished. She said she would pay thru digital means. Several hours go by, not paid. This was several days ago, and Mrs Hallman has used every excuse in the book, to explain why she's not paid, yet.
