I’ve been getting my mani/pedi’s done with Nathaly for a year now, and she never disappoints! She always makes me feel comfortable from the moment I sit down. She is friendly and will always put a smile on your face. My nails be lasting for weeks as nail prep is her priority as well. I convinced my mom to also get her nails done with Nathaly, and of course she loved Nathaly’s work. I highly recommended getting your nails done with Nathaly!!
I had a very negative experience with this salon. I believe I had a woman named nathali, and not only did she do a poor job on my nails, she was as also extremely unprofessional. She was talking on the phone throughout the entire appointment. She failed to remove all of the gel X previously on my nails, and just continued to do a fresh manicure over top, making my nails uneven and bumpy. They usually do an average job, but giving a 2 star for today's experience. I did a walk in and said I wanted a pedicure. They've tried to upsell me from a classic pedicure to a shellac one before, so I wanted to try that today. I told the (older) technician while she was soaking my feet that I wanted "shellac", and she said yes, and brought out some equipment. Hands down my fav nail salon around! Sandy and Josie are incredibly detail-oriented and are my absolute go-to for any nail service. Natalie is also fantastic when it comes to pedicures . Whether you're looking to try builder gel or keep it classic, I highly recommend this salon. You won't be disappointed!
My goto spot! The ladies here are all so lovely and kind and talented! I’ve bee coming here since I was 17…don’t see myself going anywhere else. Special shoutout to Sandy and Josie for always doing Thee best mani’d their attention to shaping is unmatched! Look at the nails josie just did for me 😩
