my neighbour build a house with this cheep quality builder and left lot of troubles with me. Now it's flooding my land due to poor landscaping (handled by the builder) and not fitting the rain water tank properly, leaving the outlet not connected (left open for bare ground) and gutter not connect to the tank. Don't deserve a single start...If i could give none, I would. We engaged with the gallery group to purchase a block of land to build our dream home. We went through our agent to negotiate a good price, which caused upheaval and drama from the beginning as their sales rep missed out on a paycheck. With issue after issue with the bank and jumping through hoops, our finance was delayed - so instead of being understanding, they came in and terminated our contract in the final hours before finance approval unless we increased the... read more
