my neighbour build a house with this cheep quality builder and left lot of troubles with me. Now it's flooding my land due to poor landscaping (handled by the builder) and not fitting the rain water tank properly, leaving the outlet not connected (left open for bare ground) and gutter not connect to the tank. This issue is going for 3 months now, and they were incapable of properly fit the tank and fix the leaking which flooding my land over and over again. Don't deserve a single start...If i could give none, I would. We engaged with the gallery group to purchase a block of land to build our dream home. We went through our agent to negotiate a good price, which caused upheaval and drama from the beginning as their sales rep missed out on a paycheck.
