After several errors were made by this business who both ordered and shipped wrong items, it is only fair to share my opinion: I would recommend visiting their gallery to physically appreciate the furniture, but I would not do business with Gallery again. Poor customer service, lack of follow-up, no knowledge of pending orders despite weeks of delays, and overall lack of professionalism.
Ordered a couch back in April from Gallery Furniture in *******. Was told **** weeks **** Well guess what.... STILL NO COUCH! Its been 4 months and we've been extremely patient and understanding. THEN we finally get the call that's it's going to deliver! Not once, but TWICE, delivery was set up and guess what.... NO SHOW. Both times there are no answers as to why. Placed an order in August for a sectional was promised the delivery within 8 to 10 from the salesman even though it was still during the pandemic of covid. It is now 18 weeks and I am still getting the same answer from them and they always state the same it should be 2- 3 weeks from now. Furthermore they gave us a loaner coach but during the delivery the delivery company damaged the frame to our sliding glass door( which I noticed a week later after the delivery ) so I couldnt file a claim.
Re: Claim against Gallery Furniture - Medford Back in March 29,2021, I placed an order with Gallery Furniture. It was an arm chair and a dining room bench. They advised and wrote on the invoice, it will be delivered to my home between 3 weeks. Multiple calls have been made and still no resolution. They have taken more than 10 weeks and still haven't received my products.
DO NOT ORDER ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS STORE.. I ordered a couch on January 19th 2020. My order was to take 8 weeks (max) to come in and be delivered. I was required to place a $1,000 dollar down payment which I did. Six weeks later I followed up and was told my order was not in yet but still on track. Eight weeks later I called and was not given an update. We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with our services. Covid took its toll on all of the manufacturers as well as all the furniture retail stores in the entire nation. It was bigger than any of us realized. Being shut down for three months, the factories were not able to receive or make any products. Many are now quoting 4-6 month lead times on their goods.
