Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Does this provider welcome questions? Yes, they don't mind answering my questions Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Did this provider have reasonable prices? Not at all, they were ridiculous! Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them. Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Absolutely Not How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Does this provider treat every client equally? Not at all, they only make time for their favorite clients

I am a former patient and called to follow up on a records request. it had been over a month and i had not heard anything from them. when i called they answered the phone "hello" not "dr.s office"-- completely unprofessional. they transferred me twice so i had to explain 3 times why i was calling. not one of the 3 women i spoke to gave me their name. both of the 1st two just said "hold please" and transferred me without telling the next person why i called. just SO unprofessional.
