I have only lived here for a few days, but I have really enjoyed it so far!! My unit was very clean the day I moved in and the community is extremely quiet due to the concrete ceilings, which I love. I also put in a maintenance request and it was completed in less than 24 hours. The amenities at this place are GORGEOUS as well. The outdoor terrace, coffee machine, gym and pool are all pristine. Our apartment location is what really sets others apart. As dog owners, we love being close to the city, but our area has trails and parks all around so it. We originally moved in when the Gallery was having great rates and our rent is much lower than all the others in the Turtle Creek area. After 2 years, we have transferred to one of their larger units and are still very happy.
I was visiting a friend who lived here when my vehicle was stolen (yes, the whole car was stolen on 10/13/2018) from their guarded garage. This complex said that they don't call managers nor do they call their IT manager to review footage over the weekend for "issues like this". They also hire a third party for security to which they were unable to reach the person working the guard shift that night. If you have visitors you better hope they don’t need to park. Had several friends towed from guest parking. Management is never available when you have questions. Glad I dodged a bullet and didn’t move here after all.
