I scheduled an appointment for my son who was very excited to get his hair cut there. Normally I would not spend $40 for a haircut but I spent a lot of time in the location when I was pregnant (before it was the current barbershop). The only way to schedule an appointment is through the app and was subject to 100% payment if not canceled 24 hours in advance. Hayden canceled our appointment through the app a few hours prior, no apology or explanation. We were already in otr and planned our day around the appointment.
Nice barbershop...Rugga is one of the best in the city!
Highly recommend Trey. 10/10 no complaints, very satisfied. Great cut dope shop.
