We loved living at the Galleries at Park Lane! Brady was always so helpful along with all the current staff.
Overall, my experience at Galleries at Park Lane was great. Their management team is professional, friendly, kind, and incredibly responsive. They consistently keep everyone informed of any events or amenity repairs that may occur. The amenities at the complex are wonderful and always kept nice and clean. Apart from a few dog accidents in the elevator, I don’t have any complaints. I highly recommend living at this complex and would have stayed if it weren’t for my job.
After almost 6 months living here I have to say that my experience rates at 4 stars
Toured property and loved it. Completed application process online on or before Aug 1st. Prior to that, staff helpful and responsive. After that, wow. After a couple of days we called asking status and was told approved "with conditions" of a larger deposit. Ok, cool. However the girl I spoke to said she felt like that was not needed and she would talk to district manager to have it lowered. So, we're then told they needed rental verification forms filled out.
