Terrible experience! Have to make multiple phone calls to get the prescription refilled, despite of that only partial prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Wrong dosage prescribed despite of taking to the doctor and the staff and confirming the prescription.
I have been a patient at Galleria Women’s for about 4 years now. I mostly see Gretchen Lumbad instead of the doctor and she’s always been a pleasure. I recently had a pap and the total time to check in and check out was 18 minutes. Simply amazing! They are always prompt, friendly & have been a god send to me over the years. The office staff doesn't answer the phone and never calls back. The doctor and other physician there are good but it feels as if there's a bit of a lack of thoroughness and attention.
Dr Kashyap has been a lifesaver. She listens to my concerns and helps me navigate the best way to make me feel good again! I don’t think I would have been able to make it through this life changing time of my life without her. Thank you!
