I was a patient with Dr. Kashyap for several years. On my final visit with her, she inserted an IUD, and offered no pain relief or an anesthetic of any kind. She had trouble with the insertion, and had the nerve to BLAME ME, despite my previous two insertions with other doctors going well. I was willing to let this go, but her teams' lack of communication has led me to finally write a review. They don’t accept HPN, despite their website saying they do. My insurance also confirmed coverage. Took two weeks to get someone on the phone only to hear this. Thanks.
Doctors are great and knowledgeable but the office staff are very unpleasant.
Terrible experience! Have to make multiple phone calls to get the prescription refilled, despite of that only partial prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. Wrong dosage prescribed despite of taking to the doctor and the staff and confirming the prescription.
