Galleria Park Hotel Parking was ridiculously expensive. The beds in our room were small. The service here was terrific, staff was attentive and helpful. The lobby was nice and even had a fireplace. The location is good, hotel is just a couple blocks from Union Square. The pillows were firm and not very comfortable.

Small rooms, noisy First time going to San Francisco and ended up staying at this hotel. Be prepared - the rooms are small and the hallways are dim. Old hotel. Noisy outside. Heat not working right. If you could avoid this place you could easily get a much better hotel and at about the same price. We didnt have a car but all parking as I was told is expensive in downtown San Fran. The hotel is near Chinatown and easy walking distnace to Union Square and the Trolleys. But I definetly wouldnt stay here again.

Above average experience The Galleria Park Hotel isn't totally horrible. The staff is helpful and the service here is rather impressive. This hotel is located in a great place. The food at the restaurant here was exquisite. I could actually sleep during the night too (no disturbances). We might stay here again if we go to San Francisco.
