Hôtel propre et calme Bien situé Je recommande.
We stayed for 3 nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately my perfume was taken from my room. Head of housekeeping and front office manager refused to accept that any member of their staff removed it.......well someone did!
Me hospedé en este hotel a finales de mayo del 2025 junto a mi familia, y fue mi primera experiencia en uno. Fue una muy grata experiencia, lo pasé excelente y me llevé muy buenos recuerdos. Todo el personal muy amable y, en particular, recuerdo el nombre de Karina (creo que ese era) que, al igual que yo, es chilena, fue muy atenta y amable. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar en este hotel en una próxima visita. Por cierto, me encantaron las galletas!
Belle établissement au calme et idéalement situé proche des parcs d attractions avec navette gratuite. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Le personnel est à l écoute de ses clients.
I've stayed at Galleria with my two children. I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was nice, and the cookies served in the lobby after 4:00 p.m. are excellent! It's a nice place. There is a Walmart nearby. It's also close to some of the Disney World parks, although it is far from Universal and SeaWorld.
