I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I went in to have my acrylic nails removed properly, expecting the standard process of filing the top layer and soaking them in acetone. Instead, the technician forced a fake nail underneath the acrylics and literally tore them off, causing extreme pain and damage. One of my natural nails was torn down to the nail bed and started bleeding.
