I made an appointment at Galleria for a pedicure because it was local. I didn't have to wait, which was a positive, but the pedicure experience was lacking, the gentleman that did the pedicure seemed liked he wished he was somewhere else, absolutely no conversation or enthusiasm. The other employees working there were lounging on the other pedicure chairs on their phones, no one seemed very happy to be there. I won't be back.

Getting a mani Pedi is a treat for me and my mother in law, and Galleria isn't the 'treat' kind of place. My fault for picking somewhere less expensive than nearby nail salons like Ivy Beauty Spa. The staff were much more focused on lounging on the pedicure chairs than customer service. The young man who did my pedicure was very nice but the rest of the staff seemed robotic and uninterested. Don't waste your time and money. I came home and had to redo my manicure. It's a 'get em in, get em out' place with little attention to customers or detail.

Had an appointment, with 4 other people, they rushed us as the walk ins came. My nails were a perfect length and they cut them short and squared them when I went in with rounded shaped nails… and I got a French… don’t know why you would cut the nails short! We all had mani pedi, and one girl didn’t even get her feet soaked and still got charged full price! The communication was aweful, didn’t ask us questions!!!
