Took my daughter for a manicure for her birthday and she asked Lucky to do a design for here, stranger things inspired ( she had a reference photo) she loves them and amazingly a woman that was sitting next to us paid for the majority of it because it was my daughters birthday, thats was incredibly sweet of her to do that so if you ever see this, thank you so much we are very grateful !!! And thank you Lucky !!!
If you want horrible costumer service, rushed nails, and overpriced pedicures. Go to the Gallaria. My experience today was horrible. We had an appointment for 5, all at the same time, but as others walked in they rushed us and left us sitting there with unfinished nails.
Antone else notice how they don’t ask if you want shellac and then up charge you for it? Went in for a pedicure and they gave me a hot stone massage one which I never asked for. I had the money so it was fine but I can’t imagine expecting one amount and then being charged another. Tried to tell me it would cost $40 to take the polish off my toes and do French tip because it was ‘shellac’ but I never once asked for that so how can you charge extra for something you never even asked if I wanted?
I’ve been twice in the last two months. My nails turned out “ok” but neither experience was great. It was messy, I had to ask that my nails be filed straight both times, the filing was extremely rough, I had powder all over me as they don’t tidy their work stations as they work, the staff that weren’t working were on their phones lounging all over the salon and it just wasn’t a very welcoming atmosphere.
I absolutely love Olivia at this place. I have been going for 2 years and she is the best. My nails are always flawless and hold up so well! Her husband is also fantastic if she is not available. I am a loyal customer and will always keep going back.
