I am so happy to go to Dr. Michael White's practice! Every time I'm there I feel like I've entered my second home. Everyone there is exceptionally nice! As far as a dentist goes, he's great! As a kid I had a lot of work done at my pediatric dental office. It made me a little hesitant to go as an adult, but Dr. Mike and his staff made me feel at ease. I trust him and his practice and look forward to every appointment!
I do not like to go to the dentist but Dr. White and his staff have made my past few visits easy and relaxing. Dr. White talked me through every single thing that he was going to do and explained to me what the next steps were going to be. Gwen (Gwennie) is AWESOME. She took the time to discuss with me my treatment plan, what my insurance will pay, what I will be responsible to pay and the best way to plan it - something I never had done at any other dentist office. After giving thousands of money towards my dental care which I am paid for in full, I was dropped as a patient for a missed appointment. A missed appointment due to the fact that I was in the hospital because they could not fit me in the day of for emergency visit. I signed a waiver stating missed appointments are a fee of 60 dollars, which I would happily pay.
