Everything is starting to go downhill with this new management , I do not recommend this complex anymore
Do not move into this complex it's absolutely the worst. My washing machine leaks any time I need to use it. After several complaints I was told they would send a plumber and yet it still leaks also having hot water here comes and go.i guess it's true you get what you pay for.they get rent i have a patio full of water hopefully the heat will soak it up. Seriously think twice
I am grateful to the staff member who gave me a chance to live here when I needed it, but my privacy is pretty nonexistent due to my balcony not having which I was told I would have to pay for and agreed to but wish I would have thought about more, the lights at the park are still not fixed which is a safety concern, the walls are clearly very thin and there is no fitness center which is the first thing advertised on the website in the community. Water concerns seem to be improving. I hope to see improvements for the health ... read more
This place is absolutely HORRIFIC!!!!!! People keep stealing the water pipes which shuts down our water. Packages are consistently stolen from our porch. Roach infested!!!!!!
