I've been in my unit at Galleria for about 10yrs now. I've seen a lot of changes with the complex, tenants and management over that time. I'm happy to say that Rosa and her team have really pulled together and got this place up and running better than it's ever been. My experience with galleria apartments. I live there roughly 8 years ago no issues with the previous management. So I just started my apartment searching and figured I would try my old complex. Pay the $50 application fee and also the $300 deposit and decided not to move in only after doing my due diligence and looking at all their reviews. I chose not to pursue living there roach infested and the staff seem to be a common theme. I can't attest to the roach infestation but I can address the staffing. Victoria in the leasing office (back right corner) is rude and hostile for no reason. I have never had a pleasant experience speaking with her. My review of the actual apartment is five star, comfortable and affordable.
