I LOVE living here! I have lived here two different times. The first time, I lived here with my family of four from 2022-2025. We really enjoyed it. It includes your water and while the management keeps a close eye on suspicious activity or any issues (which doesn't occur regularly), they aren't micromanaging everything! Which is great! We moved to another apartment to have more space but just found we weren't happy with the big apartment complex company experience. I’m honestly not even sure where to begin with this review, but I STRONGLY recommend that you DO NOT move to this complex. At first, everything seemed fine when we moved in, but starting around the end of 2024, management became a HUGE problem. It took nearly two months to get our roof and ceiling repaired—and that was only after I escalated the issue to the Attorney General. They constantly lied to us about it being fixed the first time a roofing company came out a second one came out to fix the Mickey Mouse job the fist on... read more
I lived here for 5 years and am now in the process of moving back, which honestly says everything about how I feel about this apartment complex. Any maintenance request I had was handled the same day, or at the latest the next day. The grounds are always clean and well kept, and the office staff are consistently kind, understanding, and genuinely happy to help. I was really excited to apply to move back in. I had a great experience with this apartment community from start to finish. The property is well maintained clean, and feels very welcoming. The leasing process was smooth and straight forward, which made everything stress free. A special thanks to Nohemi who assisted us. Me and my husband visited the Galleria apartment complex- to view their 2x2’s— we were assisted by Rosa. She was very informative and professional. She was able to answer all our questions and address any concerns we had. My husband and I felt very welcome. All the ladies in the office were nice. Me and my family cannot wait to move in!
