Service technician George arrived within the window given. He informed us that unfortunately he was not able to view the videos we sent in. However, he quickly examined our issue and knew what he had to do. He quickly brought out his half-inch portable 100 ft. snake and ran the entire length thru the clean-out. At 1st, it seemed to not have any effect; water was still stuck. But after more snake movement attempt at the clean out, water started to flow.
