We have attended Camp Sharp at Gallaudet University for two years and love it! The teachers are fantastic, loving, and supportive. They plan fun activities and really care for the children. They do a wonderful job of teaching and incorporating ASL into fun camp activities for great learning, exposure, and practice. If you have a child who is Deaf or HOH, even if they don't yet have any ASL experience, I HIGHLY recommend Camp Sharp! If the camp is far- it is worth the trip!
As someone who has been super nervous about wearing hearing aids again, the team at the clinic made all those anxieties go away. Excellent team and student learners. They provided me with several options for my new hearing aids, and that was something I’d never experience with previous audiology services.
I am totally disappointed it’s been almost a year, and still have not gotten my hearing aid one excuse after another 1 Doctor went on leave didn't sign form 2 insurance not responding had documented proof claim never filed I have bilateral hearing lost and cancer patient. Now I have to start process over with new provider. Shameful and disrespectful from a prestigious place like Gallaudet
