As someone who has been super nervous about wearing hearing aids again, the team at the clinic made all those anxieties go away. Excellent team and student learners. They provided me with several options for my new hearing aids, and that was something I’d never experience with previous audiology services.
I am totally disappointed it’s been almost a year, and still have not gotten my hearing aid one excuse after another 1 Doctor went on leave didn't sign form 2 insurance not responding had documented proof claim never filed I have bilateral hearing lost and cancer patient. Now I have to start process over with new provider. Shameful and disrespectful from a prestigious place like Gallaudet
