The selection and options within the store are quite nice. That said, my experience with the sales rep and support staff has been just terrible. Our installation was inferior and unfortunately the manager Johnathon lacked the integrity and skills to resolve. I would highly suggest working with a different store.

Everything was delivered right on schedule, from the no obligation quote right through to final project completion. Our installer Dan did a great job while keeping us informed of progress each day. I would not hesitate to recommend working with this business and will call again the next time I have flooring needs.
