Lets start off by saying what EXCELLENT customer service they provide! It took Jarid about an hour to diagnose a problem we'd been having with my lights since March. We ordered parts, and it was fixed the very next week! Devon is this beez-neez and Jarid rocks the house! Thank you Volkswagen!!!

These guys are amazing! I was driving through and had a problem with my 2002 outback. They got it in quickly and without an appointment. While I wasn't happy with what was wrong with my car they were kind and helpful. The got me in a loaner car and let me continue my drive to MN so I didn't have to stop my trip. They truly went above and beyond.
The service apartment is amazing. I showed up 10 minutes before they closed with a problem that rendered my car undriveable, and they took the extra care to not only fix my car, but stay over an hour after they closed on a Saturday night to take care of this problem so that I could have my car working. That is some amazing customer service.
