On December 12, I brought our Forester to Gallatin Subaru for a list of service needs that were due. The vehicle was in perfect functioning condition. No engine lights on and no problems. refused to do factory air bag recall because I had a mouse trap in the vehicle, hello this is Montana ranch country Instead they choose to endanger my life and send me home with the vehicle.
I've had the worst customer service, and they touch everything in my vehicle that I've asked them not to. Not impressed.

We had not had much success in diagnosing an issue in our AC system at other businesses, but were impressed by the excellent customer service and attention to detail demonstrated by Gallatin Motor. It is a great relief to finally have someone who took the time to look beyond the computer diagnostic system and use human brains to find the problem!

Bought a certified pre-owned 2013 Crosstrek on April 18th. The actual buying process was absolutely painless and an easy transaction. I did find some cracks in the body, windshield and a fluid leak after it was delivered to my home, so the dealership took it back to fix all the repairs.
