Recommendedbest vet, hands down. He and his staff truly care. My cockatiel was very sick and they tried all that they could to save her. But when the staff called to check on her and I told then she passed, Dr Gallardo himself made a call to tell me how sorry he was for my loss. He is all about what's best for the pet.
They got me in the same day! They truly cared and took care of my fur baby!!! Amazing service and great people!!
I went to Gallardo Family Animal Hospital because they were the only ones with a vet for exotic and Avian care. My parrotlet was having issues with being eggbound, and although the egg wound up passing before the actual appointment today, I still went in for good measure. The whole team was very kind, and Dr Bruce was very knowledgeable, passionate about my parrotlet and what we could do to help her during nesting season. I am so happy with this Doctor and staff. First appointment and I didn’t have to wait to be seen. Dr. Gallardo treated my cat wonderfully. He gave me the information I needed to be able to make a good decision about my cats health and have me the answers that I have been trying to find for a few months as to why my cat was sick. So glad we have answers now so we can treat my cat and make him better. Thank you Dr. Gallardo and staff!
