Quit ripping people off on repairs by charging for something not necessary.
Listened to a baby raccoon screaming for nearly 24 hours in a trap that they left out back! Nothing deserves to be left in downpouring rain and starved to death! Finally made contact and they said they would "dispose" of it! Poor baby spent all this time terrified and now God knows what they are going to do with it. Sickening!
Had some issues with other repair shops in Toledo and drove up to Adrain for help. The staff is the best. They knew the parts I needed almost without looking them up. So friendly and great prices. Thanks for the help back up and running great.
Terrible customer service and unfriendly. I went in there with my leaf blower and they said it had no compression. Proceeded to take it to Lloyds and he had it running it no time.
Service is poor and very unfriendly. Don't need that and the customers could be treated better. I don't need someone to talk down to me, I need someone to help.

Awful customer service. Over charged for things I didn't even know needed fixed! We sent it in to get a wheel fixed. Went to pick it up they wanted $170 for 2 new wheels, new bearings, a new belt ect... I can buy a new mower for that price!!! We will never go back. Definitely not recommended.
