We had our wedding meal here with 12 people total. I had been in touch with the GM Mary since last year. I got to meet here the day before the wedding where she showed me the table and laid out all the place cards before. On the day we wanted to eat an hour earlier and she made it happen! We ate at Gallagher’s in Las Vegas for a special date night last night. Sam was our waiter, he was so helpful, funny, professional (and handsome!) We had salads (the ranch and blue cheese dressings were amazing!) I ordered the cowboy ribeye with a side of four cheese macaroni and my husband had the filet mignon (he was loving the side of gravy/au jus that comes with it!) We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance and the food was incredible! Thank you for a memorable evening!
8/7/18 I had the filet mignon med rare with mushroom sauce and a side of the potato puree. Everything was perfect! 💚 my server Bryan was the best!! Business casual attire.
We visit Vegas frequently and this used to be our preferred steak house. But several times our steaks have been undercooked. We’d have to send them back ruining our dining experience. Margaritas are average. Staff is friendly tho. Not liking the cooking which is the main reason of going here.
The manager (Mary) was completely unprofessional. Found her to be extremely rude and condescending. We asked her to ask a very noisy table behind us to keep their volume down as they were screaming across the table at each other and she treated us like children for complaining. It was my first experience with Gallagher’s and will certainly be my last.
The fillet minion had a burnt taste to it and another plate the steak was tough. I've had better meals at half the cost at other steakhouses. The prices are way to high and the service seemed rushed as if they just wanted you to move along. Would not go back or recommend this place to anyone.
