Really pleased with the whole process. They were very up front about costs, responded quickly with questions, and the technician that came out really knew what hew was doing.
Hood River - Gallagher's rescued us right after the Christmas holidays by cleaning every bit of rug we had in the whole house. There is no delicate way to put this. Our three kitties were cared for while we were gone, but something was off. We walked in the door and the whole house smelled like a cross between a cat box and a Port-a-Potty. Another 5 star review for Gallaghers Rug and Carpet care. I called and received a quote for carpet cleaning due to past pet issues. My focus was on a half dozen or so "spots" from a cat. The receptionist was very professional and walked me through every aspect of the service and answered every question I had. I took a measurement myself and was given a quote.
