John arrived on time and provided very efficient and friendly service. We had several dog urine spots, which he was able to remove or lighten significantly. Another cleaner had told me there was nothing to do about the stains, so I am extremely happy with the results! Carpets look new and I highly recommend them.
Came the next day! I changed the order on him last minute, he said no problem. There were many pet stains from our two old dogs. All of the stains came up! Such a nice man. Full recommend. This was our second time using Gallagher.
John has cleaned carpets for us twice now and we could not be more satisfied with his work. He is thorough and professional. He was able to get us taken care of quickly and efficiently. We recommend Gallagher's wholeheartedly.
I got a new puppy over the winter that was a nightmare to potty train. We have berber carpet that is light cream, almost white. The technicain was honest about expectations and tried his best. He did amazing and the urine small was gone!! Im sure the carpet pad needs to be replaced, but that is a project for another time. Gallaghers was pleasant to talk to when setting up the service and throuought the process. Reasonable prices for the thorough cleaning. 10/10 would call again and recommend to others!
Such a wonderful job! John came and did two properties for us one with heavy pet stains and it came out better than anyone could have expected. Everyone I worked with at Gallagher’s was very professional and helpful. I will definitely call them again for all my carpet cleaning services. Thank you again John.
