The one thing that stands out about Mike is he will answer any questions. He is right on target and very honest. He knows his stuff. Mike fixed the keyboard to my lap top. Overall good guy, great work,good service and good prices. Mike didn't try to up-sell me or pretend things were wrong with my lap top. I was on vacation when Mike fixed my laptop.
