I contracted with Gallagher in Denver as import agent for several Botswana hunting trophies. Jen K was my Import Specialist. She was 100% spot-on working through the process. This was my first experience of importing trophies and I asked many questions of her. Jen was great, promptly answered all questions, and talked this newbie off the ledge several times. Thank you. Due to this company's incompetency, I am exactly $3,896 short. When I moved back to the U.S. from overseas last year, I also shipped back all my personal belongings. Gallagher was responsible for carrying out the required examination including necessary paperwork for organizations like the EPA. This is all good and not that expensive (about $400). I'm a former customer of Gallagher. Recently, on 2 separate occasions I attempted to engage one of their customs brokers for importation of goods from overseas. After an initial discussion regarding my objectives with each person, they both ghosted me.
