I would not recommend using this company. The final price was not what I was quoted charged me $500 in “storage”, Micheal does not answer emails or his phone. If you call the office they cannot assist because I was dealing Micheal. I would be better using USPS than email while communicating with them. Find a different option.

I contracted with Gallagher in Denver as import agent for several Botswana hunting trophies. Jen K was my Import Specialist. She was 100% spot-on working through the process. This was my first experience of importing trophies and I asked many questions of her. Jen was great, promptly answered all questions, and talked this newbie off the ledge several times. Thank you.
