Dr.Kuhn was recommended by a freind. The staff from front to back were awsome ! Very timely and informative about what needed to be done . Very impressed with there service ! Highly recommend ! Definitely will be returning. Ohh and the evaluation and getting 2 more cleaning price was more than fair !
I called and made an appointment to have a bad spot fixed on a front tooth because it was starting to hurt. Years prior, Gallagher & Kuhn made a repair on the same tooth, but it was on the other side, and they did a great job. While I was on the phone, I asked if he would have time to redo another filling in the front on the bottom. The lady on the phone said "Of course he will have time!" The doctors are obviously very talented and did great work. However, I did not feel they were very transparent about the cost. They gave me a treatment plan to sign, which in my eyes is binding. Instead I ended up paying for an item that wasn’t on the treatment plan because I trusted that the signed form was what they were charging me for. On my second of two visits, they started work before showing me an “updated” treatment plan, which was about $800 more than I had signed off on.
