Would give a 0 star if I could. My vehicle was damaged at Menards due to employee negligence of properly securing structures down. I was told to contact this bogus insurance company. After being hung up on by my 1st insurance agent Victor Vera, i left messages on a daily basis for 3 seperate adjusters (2 being supervisor - Neil McLeod and Carol Dunham) and was told 6 times that my claim was escalated. Hoping this review will get my emails returned but by the looks of the previous reviews it does not seem likely. Caylee Hunt please respond to my emails so I can get my workers comp payments. My temp agency rep was told by one of your own that I would receive payment. It's been 3 weeks since the incident. I had to sell some personal items to get my with bills...would appreciate a response.
Wouldn’t pay a claim for something they broke. The rep pretended she couldn’t hear me or had a bad connection multiple times even though my phone was working just fine.
Don't ever use this insurance company.
I was rear ended by a company that Gallagher Bassett insured. My car is unsafe to drive. I'm supposed to be able to drive my car to get my handicap daughter back & forth to school. Gallagher don't care, won't call. I didn't hit my self. Police report noted driver following to close to me. Us individuals make big companies, BIG.
