Horrible company!!! After doing business with this company for more than a decade, Scott French, one of their reps, told me to find another company because I requested they provide more information on new charges they added to my account. Scott was too lazy to investigate and give me an explanation so he just told me to find another carrier. I DO NOT recommend Arthur Gallagher! They treat their customers terribly.
