I've been a long term tenant here for almost 4 years. Best landlords I've ever had. Any maintenance requests have been handled nearly instantly and without a fuss. I've even locked myself out at night on accident, and Aaron has come to let me in. Until I buy a house, I wont rent anywhere else
Really nice people to rent from that have awesome properties with premium upgrades, highly recommend!
No disclosure that majority of units are “vacation rentals” or airbnb ( they obviously behave like on vacation - screaming, fireworks, messes), ask you to leave non-refundable security deposit before letting you read lease, keeps units vacant & unlocked for their personal storage resulting in peeping toms. Workers are mostly family members who feel it’s ok to behave in ways such as throw large debris off of balconys before 7AM resembling sounds of gun shots. Heater barely worked all winter & had to call friends over non stop... read more
