My mother went in to the Miami office for an appointment that she was given on time when she walked in there were 20 people ahead of her when she asked if all of them were ahead of her because she had an appointment, the front desk told her yes she had to wait ! What kind of an office gives you an appointment and makes you wait probably well over an hour to be seen... she walked out . The parking situation is a nightmare. He removed my cataracts and put in special lense. I now have 20/20 in each eye. He is the BEST.
Went for cataract surgery in one eye on a Wednesday. There was minor discomfort after surgery. The following morning, no discomfort, felt great, could see clearly, and see colors bright and without a brownish tint.

Staff will always tell the same line that the Dr. Is late or that he is behind seeing patients. The fact is that dont arrive at the appointment time because I can guarantee you that you will not be seen on time, never. The Dr. might be good but the staff is a real joke.
Great Dr but their waiting time at Hialeah office is horrible , I had an appointment at 2 PM and waited 3,1/2 hours for a procedure ,when in front of the Dr, the assistance nurse said they need to get approval from the Insurance and ,declined to call my Insurance so I lost all my time.

I had my cataract eye surgeries with Dr. Galindez, and I am so grateful that I landed in the hands of such an incredible doctor and surgeon. I had an incredibly fast recovery, and the results I saw just one day after the surgery were phenomenal. I recommend Dr. Galindez to anyone who needs to do any surgical treatment to their eyes! His skills and bedside manners are over the top! Thank you doctor!
