I was very happy with the service at this optical facility, girls at front desk were very friendly Laura, Arianna were very polite in helping me oder my glasses and helping me choose the right frames. Also Dr. Berry was very thorough in my eye examination.
Great deal – Just walked in to fix a pair of broken glasses. Was amazed at the prompt and courteous service. Great prices on all designer frames. it is really zero star – The only reason we came is because this place takes medical card for glasses. Not impressed....
Amazing selection of frames and great customer service!! – Since the moment I walked into Galileo Optical I had the best customer service. The Dr. performed a very thorough exam and took the time to answer my questions. The staff here is very polite and helped me decide which pair of glasses to purchase. Their wide selection of frames is incredilbe and it took me forever to choose a frame since they have the latest frames and are all so beautiful. GREAT FRAME SELECTION AND PRICES! WORTH THE TRIP! – I dont agree with the previous comment !!! They do have a wide selection of designer frames from Roberto Cavalli to Dolce Gabbana and many more brands but they also have budget frames that start at $35. I purchased a pair of Versace frames with lenses and paid $249 the doctor was super nice she took her time to answer all my questions. Defenetly recommend it to any of my friends or family.
do not waste your time to see this place – Everything is way too expensive. Male doctor was kinda rude too. they think they are located in downtown Chicago or Italy. would not recommend to anyone.
Great Optometrist/latest frames – I saw Dr. Podberizin for an eye exam and I was impressed with her thoroughness which is very important to me since I am a diabetic. She explained every detail of the exam and always asked if I understood what she is doing. I was also impressed with the friendly service I received from the staff and the selection of the latest designer frames I've not seen anywhere else, especially the Dolce and Gabbana. Violet
