RecommendedWe all have to be very thankful for having a place like this! I have seen and been a lot of places and meant a lot of people in my life time by far this is the best place I have ever heard of. Beats living on the streets or in your car I have been there before I was blessed to be able to sit at a table to have something great to eat and a cross to talk to God while I go through some tough times ahead. The Director, Dave, steals food donations before the residents get a chance at them. I've seen it with my own eyes. He's ruthlious. I've seen his son come in and do the same. Hy Vs should be aware of this as well as other donors to the mission
I liked it the staff and the other girls were very nice to me and I had fun here is my advice is please follow in the footsteps of the Lord its the only thing I can say is very important

There's something seriously wrong with this place. I have NEVER seen such awful behavior from supposed "Christians" before - they're the polar opposite of what Christ commands His followers to be.
theres black mold in all the windows on the womans side. theres been mold in the food. and someones always getting food poisoning there
I feel the Rescue Mission does a good job! I think the Facebook page could be more update! To let the community know when the big sales are, and do more updates on people whom they help! I know that the mission gets a bad rap at times, but overall they are trying to help those that need help. To help them get the tools they need to improve themselves! So when is the next sale? Can't wait!
