Dr. Ulm was very professional. We discussed many of my concerns and he gave good advice. He was clear on different solutions. In seeing the previous review I was apprehensive but found that he was not like the previous review. He is there to help dig the past and or problems out. By doing this you can be helped. His tactic is direct and results are quick. I really enjoy my sessions.
A mental health professional should not belittle you, should not give arbitrary solutions to your family issues when they haven't learned the details of those issues yet, get pedantic about whether the number of issues is high enough to justify calling it a pile, or tell a patient to stop talking when they disagree with you. That's not how a person behaves in civil adult conversation, much less a doctor. I literally walked out during the 2nd session. The disrespect was unacceptable.
