Absolutely horrible staff members. Demanding that I pay before a scheduled Xray at 7 in the morning. Asked for managment they stated on one was there. As my dog sits with a hanging limb. I stated my bank was not open yet. Then observed another client dropped a dog off for surgery without paying.
