The staff was very friendly. I felt comfortable the moment I walked in. I haven’t received an eye exam for quite a while, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I appreciate all the tests that were ran and the sophisticated equipment that was used during the exam. They were very thorough and did a great job of answering my questions, addressing my concerns and providing explanations.
I Brought my 5 year old son in today...I can not get over how amazing everyone was to him!!! From the moment you walk in, the front desk ladies where sooo welcoming and friendly! It didn’t stop there.. such a thorough eye exam! The Doctor was amazing!! Made him feel so comfortable and was so sweet to him! Seriously every staff member we came in contact with could not have been nicer! Our entire family will be coming here from now on!!! One of the most thorough exams I have every been given. Everyone in the office is very polite and attentive. Their service began the moment I arrived and continued until everything was complete and correct , to my satisfaction. A very friendly professional organization.
Dr Gale, Dr Kuda and the entire team are top notch!
Had a very pleasant experience at Gale's Vision Source. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. And soon walked out with a great pair of glasses. I'll go back and suggest everyone give them a try.
