A slept on giant!!
I love their flower and consumable products. Genuinely the best I've had and will forever search for their products when I can. Well worth it. That said. I wouldn't buy their non consumable merchandise. Ordered a poster. I love the art. Love the brand. Seemed like a win win. 2 months later and I have nothing after an order confirmation. I've emailed and called customer service. Nada. Leaving this here to warn others. The strains are always good, DO NOT buy the carts, you will not be able to use all the oil in cart also the Airgraft is trash. The reason i am saying this is they won’t refund you. I called twice in person, twice Email. They contacted me quickly. Claimed to send a coupon twice, that i never received. So they spun me for about 3 months for a coupon. Very disappointing. Do Not Buy Carts from Galenas. I would post the whole email about how they claim to send a coupon i never got. But this is sufficient. Buy at your own risk.
