Chef Ivo keeps the shelves stocked with old-fashioned butters, jams, jellies, mustards, BBQ sauces and rubs, dressings, oils and vinegars, and a variety of pickled items too. Our original locations still carries over 2,000 hot sauces. We make custom gift boxes while you wait for holidays, weddings and other special occasstions. No order is too small or too large for our staff.

One of my favorite places in Galena. Never a disappointment when you enter either one of their locations! My Go-To Shop for presents for everyone, even myself! The boyfriend just picked up some coffee that's amazing for Christmas! "Wake The Hell Up" or something like that. Great flavor for being higher in caffeine and I HATE the taste of coffee. Walls upon walls of hot sauce for those who like a little spice in their life and everything else your little heart desires! I recommend their BBQ sauce for meatballs. Always a party... read more
Best place I have been to for sauces, dips, and specially packaged foods.
You guys are truly awesome. Always samples are great. We even have tried "Fire in the Hole" I choose food places over the clothing and jewelry shops. We always go home with plenty of sauces to get us through until the next time we visit.
Met the owner today. Great cook. Really enjoyed my self. My daughter loved your store. They were friendly and made you feel right at home. Bought some jelly. She bought some sauce or gravy to put on roast. Yum
