My elderly father absolutely loves the doctor. The doctor does a fantastic job taking care of him. So I decided to switch the doctors and come to him as well. My experience not so good. Appointment time nailed it listen to my problems took care of my medications perfect. But that was on Thursday morning prescriptions were supposed to be called in nothing happened Thursday afternoon. Jay Patel PA is a Godsend. He's the first PCP that I've had that I feel really cares and is willing to go to the ends of medical research, etc, to figure out what's causing a few of my health issues. He's very personable; he greets me with a handshake and also says goodbye with one. What PCP does this? I see Erika and she is amazing! I have sent 4 other families to her along with sending my husband that hates drs to her. She always listens to your needs and problems and truly takes great interest in her patients! I could ask for a better Primary Dr!
