Super grateful for Galen especially my team: Jacqui, Allison, and Mel. The following things were the most impactful parts of my care at Galen: 1. I thought the way that my family was integrated into my care was very important and well done 2. Having a care partner allowed for more support and for the experience to be more personalized 3. Jacqui genuinely cared so much about my well being 4. The individualization was super important because there is no one size fits all

Difficult to watch family struggle through their complex process and harsh routines. The program is definitely compatible with those struggling with specific EDs however was not conducive to those struggling with mental health/trauma. Their “dual” approach is not beneficial to the clients. Transparency with families is a must and I do not feel like they was achieved here. Look elsewhere!

Very disappointed in the staff and facilities. The amount of downtime is excessive and not beneficial to clients. Hoping they can improve to raise their rating! Steer clear until further notice!

Difficult to watch a friend go through such a complicated process when it was said to be a quick moving program. Watch out if you’re using insurance! A few bright lights in employees such as Eli and Leila, but other than that it felt like mostly staff that were thrown into their positions with no training. Definitely had upsides but it was overwhelmingly disappointing in its approach to my friend’s treatment. For this pricing, they should be doing better. Many places to improve!
