I had a property with gutters that were failing. I contacted Gutter King to replace them with new gutters to take care of the problem. They came out, replaced the gutters, only to find out that the new gutters were no better than the previous ones. I contacted them about the problem, and they came out a made some minor changes. Under no circumstances should anyone hire this company to do blown-in insulation. Here's why: My condo association hired a contractor to do our roofs. That contractor hired Jansen to blow insulation onto our attics when the roofing job was completed. Right after the insulation was blown in, pieces of insulation began coming down through the vents into my unit. I had professionals come to determine the problem. Can’t recommend TruTeam / Gutter King. They installed my gutters in 2015 and two years later they started to sag. Now four years later they want $450 trip charge to make the correction. Beyond a year they really don’t stand by their product. That’s for sure. Seeing as I’m out of warranty I was even willing to meet them halfway. Nope. No regard for customer service at all. Steer clear of them.

They came to do the job and said they were finished. Climbed in attic after they left and only partially done. Had to call and get them back out to complete. Very poor customer service when speaking to both managers.
