Buyer Beware! My experience with Builder Service Group, Inc., doing business as GAIL Contractor Services, has been nothing but frustration and disappointment. This company installed my insulation and also installed my garage door openers. The workmanship and quality have been unacceptable. Wanted $250 just to come out and look at the garage door opener that they installed at new construction. Called Grand Strand and they fixed Gale Contractor crappy workmanship for $100.

After I posted my original review, I was contacted by the District Manager and the proper steps to address my concerns were taken. I appreciate management's willingness to listen to the consumer and to take feedback seriously. Based upon their assurance that the catalyst for the initial review was an anomaly and not systemic, I would recommend this company for anyone who may need their services. They seem attentive to the needs of the customer, once the expectations are communicated.
