Great customer focused business!!
We hired Galco to set up our new phone system. They have been very slow in their response times. Often times we needed to follow up with them 5-6 times before getting a call back. This is especially frustrating because we are still being billed for a system we can't use yet because we are waiting for a simple call back from them.
