Galco handled our phone system transition during our facility move and did a wonderful job! They took care of all of the details such as making sure our long-standing phone number was properly ported over to the new system. We did not have to worry, because they worked directly with our IT and security teams to make sure there was a seamless transition. A great company you can rely on! Highly recommended.

We hired Galco to set up our new phone system. They have been very slow in their response times. Often times we needed to follow up with them 5-6 times before getting a call back. This is especially frustrating because we are still being billed for a system we can't use yet because we are waiting for a simple call back from them.
