This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Was referred to them by my PCP for a possible corn/callus on my foot and I will be messaging my PCP to tell them not to refer anyone there for Doctor Galbraith. Doctor Galbraith, PA and Med Student Doctor came in and he was not very personable. Took a look at my foot and asked a couple questions and then pulled out a scalpel and just started scaping my foot and the area of pain. After breaking a needle off in between the bones in my foot and having to go get pliers to pull it out, they still billed me over a hundred dollars for the shot that never even went in the joint . Find a real clinic, this place is dirty and you can do better than here
Mr. Galbraith was absolutely awesome. He really listens and cares about your well-being and concerns. He has taken care of myself and my son and we will definitely go back if we have any other podiatry issues. Thank you!!
Unfortunately, this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had at a medical facility. My guard was up when the doctor injected the steroid into an area of the foot that was not in pain, but I figured he knew better than I. He sent me for an MRI. I didn’t hear from them for about a week, so I called to ask about my results, they said that they didn’t have the results yet and that they would call me when they got them in.
