Only Toyota Dealer who actually has a clue how to treat a customer, Bob M Service Advisor explained everything to me and how long it would take and how much right from the start the techs even answered my questions unlike other Toyota service departments can't give you the time of day great place for service!!
I had a bad experience with them a 3 years ago. I was over charged. Now here again getting my new car serviced. I was told that I won't get charged since vehicle is under warranty but I did had an issue already, appointment was changed from 10 a.m. to 1 pm so I get here and no information in the system; so waiting for an hour. Just one star for now. Lets see what happens.
