A very good experience. We have been going to that location for years.
Never had a problem till it comes time for me needing a referral number for my daughter as told when she was seen they were referring her out to UNLV Dental because of the work needed and to call them when I have an appointment. Ok cool finally get her an appointment and call up. Oh no per the notes the Dr put in its stating was told to get a second opinion either with UNLV or another office that take our insurance. Thank you for the nice reception! My son liked being in the hospital, beautiful design, kind doctors and all the staff. "Pulling out a tooth" the child did not even understand what was happening. Staff initially is/are great. Visited this office only once and when we were there, was told everything done was being covered under insurance. I am the type to be willing to pay for out of pocket services as long as the communication is there. 3 months after our 1st visit I received a bill in the mail from them for a sealant that my insurance does not cover until it's permanent molars.
