Had called to see if they had availability to do a shellac pedi, in which the lady on the phone said yes. She asked how long for me to arrive, I said ten minutes. I showed up, picked my colours she had me seated with my feet in the water for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes two employees walked in and said we have backup coming. I wish they would have told me that from the beginning as I felt my pedicure was rushed, and I would have gone in at a more appropriate time than sitting there with my feet in cold water all that time. Great customer service and value for a gel pedicure however the online booking system is extremely inaccurate as it allows you to book an appointment when there is not someone available to do your nails or the shop has closed earlier than posted business hours. I have showed up twice in the past week for my booked appointment , driving from out of town and not had my nails done yet. I use to go here from time to time but after my experience today and another missed appointment that I showed up for I am hesitant return .
Always have a great experience! I have been getting my nails done by Apple and always leave happy with her wonderful customer service and work.
