I came in because another nail shop messed my nails up and Galaxy nails took my crazy looking thick long sharp claws to look more beautiful, delicate, natural looking nails. They care, take their time, but still very time efficient with their talents. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend - along with all that, can’t beat their prices.
Horrible experience and a waste of $100. My “manicure” consisted of my hands being doused in cuticle remover, and gel polish that was applied so thick and chunky that I had to complain. The owner came over to “fix” it. She sanded a small amount of polish off and painted over it. Still think and lumpy. No hand soak, cuticles were not cleaned up, nails filed terribly.
